Once again, Hambar will participate to the Montréal en Lumière festival this year!
For the 18th edition and our splendid city’s 375th birthday, we will offer two special activities.
CHARCUTERIE CELEBRATION! Our master butchers are pleased to offer you an all-new Lyon-inspired platter! Wine-wise, you’ll get to discover the wonderful Morgon Côte du Py from the Louis Claude Desvignes vineyard. Produced near Lyon, Beaujolais wines are perfectly paired with our special charcuterie platter. Whether you come for an afternoon snack, a happy hour with friends or a date with your sweetheart, our Lyon-inspired platter will sure to please your palate!
Available day and night from February 23rd until March 5th 2017.
A TASTE OF LYON ON McGILL: Come get a taste of Lyon on McGill Street with this mouth-watering menu inspired by the European city’s famous bouchons. Five classic dishes from the Lyon area will be served, along with a delicious tarte Tatin! The meal will be paired with two of our favourite Beaujolais wines and a sublimely sweet Jurançon. This special meal will be served for two days only, so don’t miss out!
Available March 3rd and 4th. Reserve your seats quickly! (Our menu will be online at the beginning of 2017)
Our Chefs Aniss Meski and Xavier Côté are excepting you!
